Short    Building Sentences 20: Verbs in 'dat'-subsentences
— Working Verbs with Past Participles or Infinitives

Advanced – for completeness' sake – you won't come across this very often

The subject and/or complement etc. go between the subject and verbs in conditional 'dat'  subsentences: that puts the verb or verbs at the end of the line. In the perfect tense and passive voice the working verb in conditional 'dat'  subsentences is usually placed after the past participle, but in other verb combinations the working verb is placed before the verb infinitive or infinitives.

I usually put the working verb after the past participle in lines like these, I can only find a few recordings of the other way. It's not really wrong to follow the general rule and put the working verb before the past participle, but it is more authentic Dutch to put it at the end of the line.
